- 1 lb peak sirloin steak, thinly sliced into strips*
- ii Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/ii medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb chocolate-brown mushrooms, thickly sliced
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- ane cup beef broth
- 3/four cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- one/two tsp dijon mustard
- one/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
To Serve:
- 1 Tbsp green onion, to garnish
